About Pension Cortina
Mountain pension Cortina, which is inspired by the retro alpine style is located in the heart of the city of Pec pod Sněžkou-Velká Úpa, about 50 meters from the central funicular (chairlift) Portášky. If you wish to visit the neighbouring ski resorts, the ski bus stop is directly at the hotel and takes you either to the ski area Jánské Lázně (about 15minutes), or to the resort Pec pod Sněžkou (about 5minutes).
Parking is available at our own parking lot at the pension and it is free of charge for accommodated guests.
Pension is equipped with a foyer with a possible seating, ski storage room, children's play room and five apartments. Wifi connection is available.
All apartments have their own bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and
bidet, kitchenette with microwave, kettle, fridge, and crockery.
In the pension there is our grocer shop. On order you can get fresh food for your breakfast (bread, ham, cheese) and other stuff from our grocery. It will be ready in the bag on the doorknob of your room at the agreed time.
150 meters around the pension you will find restaurants, bowling, wellness and other touristic facilities.

Sport
Close to the pension there is a wide network of ski trails. In winter season, the track network for cross-country skiing is well maintained. Directly opposite to the pension is a ski slope with chairlift.
Entertainment
For leisure you can enjoy aforementioned sports, or a little more passive exercising in the form of bowling, sledding.
In the summer season you can ride on the rope or climb in the trees. Alternatively wellness is nearby the pension.
Food
Following the example of the services provided in Italy, we offer so-called „breakfast on the door handle”. It means that if you wish fresh food for breakfast (bread, ham, cheese and other stuff you order from our grocery) we deliver it in the bag on the doorknob of your room at the agreed time. You can also enjoy visit to restaurants and pubs near our pension.
Accommodation
Our pension is inspired by northern Italian mountain style of Cortina, which is also reflected in the individual equipment of its rooms. Each room has a made to order interior from the floor to the wood ceiling of room. For your maximum satisfaction, each room is equipped with quality furniture and accessories, which includes own bathroom and kitchenette.
